Heat treatment is one of the core technologies to improve the overall level of mechanical manufacturing.In the equipment manufacturing industry,heat treatment plays a key role in ensuring product quality and improving product level.It is one of the important basic processes and plays an important supporting role in realizing the strategy of manufacturing power.But at present,heat treatment is the weakest link of manufacturing informatization,and has become the bottleneck of product life cycle information integration.Based on the analysis and Research on the development of informatization and intelligence of heat treatment industry and the status quo of heat treatment workshop production line at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea of building intelligent control system of heat treatment production line.Through the research of production line process control,intelligent scheduling,fault diagnosis,process simulation and other technologies,a set of automatic production line mode of heat treatment workshop is realized,which solves the problems of discontinuous production,high cost,confusion of production information management and unstable product quality in industrial heat treatment workshop,and realizes the automation,informatization and intellectualization of the heat treatment workshop production line.Based on the vacuum heat treatment process of shaft and gear parts in automobile industry,the intelligent control system of vacuum carburizing production line is established.The intelligent control system is divided into PCS system and heat treatment expert system,In this paper,we focus on the following key technologies1)According to the actual production situation of the workshop,the production line level PCS system is established.Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of the control system,the network hierarchical structure and data communication mode of the PCS system are studied and designed.The system connects the single equipment in the workshop,realizes the automatic process control and status monitoring of the production line through the comprehensive collection of the information of the bottom equipment,and breaks through the information gap between the bottom equipment and the upper planning management system.2)On the basis of defining the function of the feeder and designing the control system of the feeder,the intelligent scheduling problem of the feeder in the intelligent control system is studied.In this paper,the model of transfer feeder in the production line is established,the transfer path of the feeder is planned according to ant colony algorithm,and the ant colony algorithm is optimized combined with the actual situation,and the optimal scheduling path of the feeder is obtained.3)The function modules of PCS system are designed.According to the physical and logical structure of PCS system,the process control of production line is studied and designed.Based on the function analysis method,the monitoring model of equipment status is established to realize the monitoring and diagnosis of equipment.4)Based on Fick's law and saturation value adjustment method,a vacuum carburizing model is established to simulate the vacuum carburizing process.According to the vacuum carburizing model,a simulation environment is built to calculate the simulation results.Finally,the research results of the intelligent control system of the production line are applied to the engineering practice,and the application effect of the intelligent control system is shown by words,pictures and other ways.
