| Changchun-Jilin region,located in the central part of Jilin province,is the core area with the most densely populated innovation resources,the most abundant industrial base,the most prominent agricultural advantages,and the strongest urban carrying capacity in Jilin province.Its population accounts for 45% of the total of Jilin province,and its GDP accounts for 60% of total of Jilin province.The pillar industries of Jilin province such as automobile,chemical industry,and deep processing of agricultural products,are concentrated in Changchun-Jilin region.However,highly polluting and energy intensive industries still occupy a very important position in the whole economic system.Therefore,to explore the coordinated coupling relationship between industry development and environmental protection of Changchun-Jilin regional integration,and analyze the green development model with dual core urban agglomerations will provide a bigger space for regional development,play a greater role in Jilin province and northeast China revitalization,and effectively promote the scientific development process of Changchun-Jilin regional integration.The research content of this paper involves in the industrial development and environmental protection system of Changchun-Jilin regional integration,and the two systems are also dynamic,and keep continuous alternation all the time.After systematically combing the related literature at home and abroad,the model of coordination degree and coupling coordination degree is constructed based on the theories of green development,man-land relationship,externality,and coupling relationship between industry and environment.Besides,based on the related data of 31 industries and environment in Changchun-Jilin region from 2006 to 2015,the empirical study is conduced.The results are as follows: the coordination degree between 31 industries and environmental protection of Changchun-Jilin region is 0.360.49,and they are at the antagonism period of the coordinated development as a whole;they have ordinary coordination level;the coupling coordination degree presents a downward trend on the whole,being 0.32~0.4;they belong to the mild imbalance development class,and they have low coupling degree.The comprehensive evaluation index of industrial development is always less than the comprehensive evaluation index of environmental protection,and they belong to economic backwardness type.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the research results. |
