Environmental Protection Planning Research On Exploration And Development Of Petro China Jilin Oilfield Company

Petro China Jilin Oilfield Company is attached to China National Petroleum Corporation, which is located in the west of Jilin province, such as Baicheng, Songyuan, Siping and Changchun. The region has a great potential for development with a large scale of oil and gas storage. In the process of oil field development, drilling, oil recovery, the reprocessing and some other steps will make a negative impact on surface water, ambient air, acoustic environment and ecological environment locally. It is necessary to unify planning of Petro China Jilin Oilfield Company's development, according to which we can design plans for environmental protection, in order to avoid disorder in the whole process of development. The thesis proposed environmental planning from the perspective of environmental protection, which provided important practical significance.The thesis investigated the status of Jilin Oilfield development and monitor survey on the local environmental status. It gave environmental planning objectives of Jilin Oilfield on the foundation of the development goals of Jilin Oilfield. And the thesis analyzed the accessibility of the planning objectives after predicted the impact of the environment, presented comprehensive treatment planning and pollution control and made a reasonable allocation of emission reductions. The research results have some significance on environmental protection of Jilin Oilfield.
