Study On Construction Safety Management Yiheshanzhuang Xinghai Project

Along with China’s rapid growth and prosperity,China’s urban economy has been developing rapidly,and urban construction is changing rapidly.The construction market has begun to gain unprecedented momentum,and it is also a huge challenge.The reason is that there are many characteristics in the construction market,which are influenced by external factors,such as relatively complex operation,uncertain environment,high altitude operations,heavy duty or large machinery use,personnel involvement,electricity consumption or more flammable products.At the same time,it has the characteristics of multi-professional coordination,multi-Department linkage,large flow of personnel,wide range and strong mobility.Therefore,it is a great challenge to prevent the occurrence of key accidents,and it is difficult to control and save if the accident occurs.Construction safety management on the basis of Yihe Xinghai project data were investigated,and the investigation status of safety management of the project site and Xinghai,the use of safety management theory knowledge of relevant experience,safety management of the existing problems first were discussed,and put forward the ideas and methods to solve the problem,promote the development of security the management of construction projects to the Xinghai Yihe stable.Finally,the research results are presented in the way of paper,and the theoretical basis and practical experience of safety production management are provided for the future construction projects.
