Yeast protein is a high quality protein found in yeast,which contains 40%?60%of the dry weight of the fungi.Yeast protein is rich in amino acids and high in digestive efficiency.It is used in feed and food industry as a complete protein supplement.In recent years,with the development of modern biochemical technology and interdisciplinary integration,the application of yeast protein has been expanded.Yeast protein plays an important role in medicine,textile and fermentation industry.Viscose protein fiber is a kind of viscose cellulose and protein,which is produced by wet spinning,and the purity and content of protein have great influence on the quality of viscose protein fiber.In this paper,yeast protein extraction,protein solution preparation and protein fiber spinning were studied,and the process of yeast protein extraction which could be used in the production of viscose protein fiber was designed.The results are as follows:(1)The optimal conditions for extracting protein from yeast were studied.The optimal conditions of high temperature alkali heat method:Extract bacteria concentration in 400 g/L,alkali content of 1.8%,the adding amount of SDS was 1%,85? water bath for 1 h,alkali in the process of heat treatment to maintain extract pH value of 9.0,slow stirring,under the condition of the protein extraction rate can reach 54%.(2)The preparation of yeast protein solution was studied,and the solvent type,pH value,solvent and stabilizer were optimized.Protein solution preparation,the optimal conditions for solvent for water,pH13.0,adding 0.2%SDS,0.4%sodium sulfite,55 ? heating help dissolve the 30 min,room temperature 12000 g centrifugal obtain protein solution after cooling,a protein in the supernatant dissolving rate of 9 g.The protein was stable for 2 weeks in alkaline solution,and the protein began to degrade over time.(3)In the spinning of viscose bulk adding different quantity of yeast protein solution and strong mixing,the solid acid,water washing,dry desulfurization,such as after the process of protein content of 5.7%,6.36%and 7.9%respectively of viscose fibre.After scanning electron microscope,the fiber surface structure is smooth,the impurity particles are small and the regularity is high,which is in line with the next textile requirement.In the viscose solution,12%was added to the concentration of protein solution,the protein loss was serious in the spinning process,and the protein fiber strength was also weak.(4)According to the requirements and standards of actual production,the process flow chart is designed,the material balance is calculated,and the equipment selection and pipeline design are carried out accordingly.Under the premise of simple,energy saving and high efficiency,the production line of yeast protein extraction which can be used in actual production is designed,and it is now used in practical production.In this paper,the proteins in yeast are extracted and made into viscose protein fiber,which has the characteristics of soft,breathable,comfortable and bright color.In this paper,it is beneficial to explore the ways to expand the utilization of yeast protein resources and to develop new products of viscose fiber,and have good economic benefits.
