| The main and results of this research are as follows:(1) Determination composition of soy protein wastewaterDetermination of chemical substances analysis the nutrients contained of soy protein wastewater,such as protein, fat, polysaccharides, BOD, COD, pH,and so on,So that we can know the nutritional status and quality of soy protein wastewater.(2)Yeast group selectionTo mycelium conversion in the crude protein content and removal rate of organic matter of wastewater as an indicator, choose yeast which can respectively to use proteins, fats, polysaccharides and other nutrients,through the experiments to determine the yeast group which can ferment wastewater to produce SCP. Producing Protein feeding by the fermentation of Pomace of orange was studied in this Paper.One of the most suitable combinations of strains was sereened out from50 strains by conventional sereening methods. The most suitable combinations of strains were Candida lipolytica,Candida utilis,Geotrichum candidum link,Endomycops is fiburiger。(3) Research on fermentation medium yeast groupResearch optimal growth conditions for mixed fermentation of yeast group through study different types and add the amount of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus。The aim of that study was to improve the product of the crude protein content and wastewater treatment effect。The optimum medium composition are as follows:glucose sugar as carbon source and its adding is 1%,Ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source and its adding is 2%,sodium dihydrogen phosphate as a phosphorus source and its adding is 1.5%。(4) Fermentation Parameters studyUsing screened strains the medium and the eondition of the fermentation werestudyed in the Paper.The oPtimum data,including inoculum ratio and quantity,the eultivation time and tem perature were aequired. Fermentation conditions of yeast group using soyprotein wastewater to produce of SCP are as follows,pH 6, fermentation temperature 28℃,fermentation time 36h,inoculum 28%,speed 160 runs per minute。(5) Component determination of SCP and quality assessment of waste waterDetection and analysis of fermentation products ,such as Chemical and Amino acid composition,physical and chemical iIndicators,health indicators, and so on。The results show that multi-strain mixed fermentation of soy protein wastewater to produce SCP is feasible,and the SCP is a nutrient-rich and safe protein source。... |
