| Drug pollution hazards in the environment,especially the residual pollution of antibiotics in water bodies,has caused more and more attention at home and abroad.The important way for antibiotics and their metabolites to enter the water environment is sewage treatment plant,but the existing treatment process of the sewage treatment plant can’t completely eliminate the antibiotics,the antibiotics are discharged into the environment via the sewage treatment plant.In our paper,amoxicillin,cefalexin,cefradine produced in the pharmaceutical factory,three types of common antibiotics are chose as main research object.The analytical way is using solid phase extraction(SPE)combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The extraction conditions of the pretreatment method SPE were determined by experiments,and the suitable extraction cartridge,the p H of the precolumn water sample,the extraction flow rate,the elution step and the eluent were selected.SPE-HPLC method determined by experiments can achieve good recovery.The raw and treated sewage were analyzed by the above method from the wastewater treatment plant of the pharmaceutical factory.The concentrations of antibiotics in the raw and treated sewage is 1.80-17.81μg/L,0.3-2.5μg/L,respectively.The traditional sludge activation method is used to treat sewage in the wastewater treatment plant.Generally speaking,the amoxicillin,cephalexin,and cephradine were reduced in the treated wastewater,and amoxicillin decreased most obviously.β-lactam antibiotics is easily degraded into other substances in the water environment due to poor stability,therefore,although the use is very extensive,the number of detected in sewage is less. |
