With the development of social economy,although the traditional explosive blasting technology has become mature,it is still unable to meet the blasting engineering operation under some special circumstances.Non-explosive blasting technology has the advantages of no throwing,little vibration,no toxic gas and low noise,suitable for blasting operation in municipal engineering and special environment,and complementary with explosive blasting technology,so it is very important to study the non-explosive blasting technology.In this paper,the mechanism of rock fragmentation is explored theoretically,and the theory of rock breaking by explosive blasting and non-explosive blasting theory are discussed respectively,and the similarities and differences between the two are found out.At the same time,two kinds of high temperature combustion blasting agent were trial production,the impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity,thermal sensitivity and other properties of blasting agent were tested,the results show that the two impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity are 0.Using CAL VET calorimeter C80 to test blasting agent,it shows that there is no chemical reaction at room temperature-300 ?,and according to the breaking point test and references,the initial reaction temperature is above 600 ?.These results show that the blasting agent is very insensitive,storage transportation and use is safer.The explosion parameters of two kinds of blasting agent and the underwater explosion energy test are calculated theoretically,indicating that the blasting agent has high energy and can meet the requirements of breaking rock.After the performance test,second kinds of blasting agents were improved in charge structure and loaded into other auxiliary blasting materials,and a broken rock grain was successfully made.The rock breaking test and rock crushing test were carried out by using the first blasting agent(The main component is potassium nitrate and aluminum powder)and the two blasting agents(The main component is potassium nitrate and pulverized coal).In the test,an ignition electrode is specially made,which provides the possibility of igniting insensitive explosive agent.Through the performance test and rock breaking test,the following conclusions can be obtained:(1)Under the relevant experimental conditions,the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of the blasting agent are zero,and the thermal stability is good,but it has enough energy.(2)The two kinds of blasting agents have the ability of cutting stone and crushing rock,and vibration small,weak throwing,micro poisonous gas release,can be used in municipal engineering,precious stone mining and other projects.(3)The test shows that the first blasting agent has good cutting effect,and the crushing effect of the broken rock medicine produced by the second blasting agents is good.The grain adopts non-metal component to avoid the waste of precious metal,and the special charging structure is easier to be blocked and safer and more economical.The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of blasting agents are complementary,and the maximum economic benefits can be achieved.(4)The blasting agent can be used for medium deep hole blasting and has the potential to be applied to open-pit bench blasting.
