| Since the reform and opening up,the concepts of “highefficiency”,“environmental protection” and “saving” have been rising.Economic reforms have continued to develop at a deeper level.Green mountains are the Jinshan Yinshan Mountains,and traditional industrial development models are gradually being eliminated.How to shorten the R&D cycle,reduce environmental pollution,reduce production costs,and increase research and development efficiency have become problems that many companies need to solve urgently.The use of digital information factories has gradually become a trend in the modern production industry.Information technology plants allow designers to plan and lay out production lines before production,simulate production,identify problems and solve problems,improve efficiency,and save costs.This paper builds workstations for passenger car sidewalks,fixtures,and spot welding robots.Based on the three-dimensional modeling of passenger car side rims and spot welding robots,digital models of sidecars,welding fixtures,welding torches,and welding robots are used in virtual assembly.Integrated in the system,through secondary development of Quest3 D software,human-computer interactive simulation of the position and orientation changes of the welding torch on the end effector is performed for each side joint welding process of the spot welding robot.The virtual scene is defined by lights and cameras,and the angular position displacement and angular velocity are controlled through the channel table corresponding to the joint.In the virtual assembly environment,the relative position and posture of the welding gun and the side wall are reproduced.Finally,the software ADAMS was imported to perform dynamic analysis to understand the dynamic characteristics of each joint of the robot in each stage of the welding movement,and to provide a strong data guarantee for the follow-up study of the robot sidespot welding robots,to ensure the reliability of the mechanical system performance.The improvement has a very long-term significance.Based on QUEST3 D dynamic simulation and simulation analysis of spot welding robots,welding torches,fixtures and sideenvironment integration systems,this paper further improves the operability of computers,enables human-machine natural interactions to be further advanced,and effectively saves resources,optimizes design and production structure,and improves production.Efficiency provides a strong guarantee for the manufacturing industry to compete in the information technology era. |
