Printing and dyeing wastewater usually has high organic content,alkaline pH,high chroma,and poor biodegradability.It is one of the more difficult wastewaters.The research in this dissertation mainly focuses on the treatment of dyeing wastewater by electroflocculation-electricalfloatation-enzymecatalyzed combination process.The research is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is treatment of simulated black printing and dyeing wastewater.The second part is the study of treatment dyeing wastewater in sewage treatment stations.And through the analysis of effluent water quality and sewage treatment station used by the AB method-Fenton method for comparison.The results of the paper are as follows:1.Through the control of temperature,time,plate spacing,circuit density and other single factors to conduct electro-flocculation-electro-flotation simulation of black dyeing wastewater dyeing research,and then using orthogonal test to screen out the best conditions for experiments were conducted by changing the factors such as temperature,pH,amount of hydrogen peroxide,and reaction time to explore the optimal conditions for enzyme-catalyzed reactions.Finally,based on the optimal conditions of the two,catalytic parameters optimization experiment were carried out to obtain the optimal conditions for the combination process to remove simulated black printing and dyeing wastewater.The results show that the optimal conditions are temperature of 45?,time of 120 min,plate spacing of 2 cm,current density of 275 A/m2;The optimal conditions for the catalytic part were as follows:temperature 40?,pH 9.0,time 35 min,amount of hydrogen peroxide 1.2 ml.2.Through the control of temperature,time,circuit density and other single factors of electroflocculation-electro-flotation wastewater treatment station wastewater treatment research,and then use orthogonal test to filter out the best conditions for the removal of the wastewater.By controlling the temperature,pH,amount of hydrogen peroxide,reaction time and other factors for enzyme catalyzed removal of printing and dyeing wastewater experiments,to explore the optimal conditions for reactions.Based on the optimization experiment of catalytic parameters under optimal conditions,the optimal conditions of combined process to remove dyeing wastewater from wastewater treatment stations were obtained.The electro-flocculation-electric floatation-enzyme catalytic method was compared with the AB-Fenton method used in the sewage treatment station for water quality analysis.The final effluent quality of was COD 479.8 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 173.6 mg/L,pH value 7.08,color close to 0,and the final effluent quality of AB-Fenton method was COD.It is 633.7 mg/L,the color is about 521 degrees,the ammonia nitrogen is 194.7 mg/L,and the pH is 6.98.
