With the development of society and economy,the competitions of water resources between production,living water and landscape water become more and more fierce,which causes severe destruction and degradation to the global rivers and lakes.Hence the protection and restoration of river protection and water quality under the changing environment have become the key problems to be concerned.This paper aims to protect and rehabilitate the ecosystem of the Wulie River under the changing environment.It focuses on the ecological and hydrological processes of rivers and lakes.Based on the restoration of wetland test water ecological restoration research and the MIKE21FM&ECOLAB model as the key supporting technologies,the main study contents are as follows:(1)The importance and significance of the protection of rubber dams in the urban area of the Wulie River are clearly defined.Based on field investigation and data analysis,systematically expounded the ecosystem of urban river Wulie River Rubber Dam Lake composition,structure and service function characteristics,clearly play an important role in urban river Wulie River Rubber Dam Lake in maintaining regional ecological security and water security,points out the importance and significance of the protection of Wulie River ecosystem.(2)Through the survey and analysis of pollution sources in Wulie River,the main pollution sources and dominant factors affecting the water quality were determined.Based on the experimental wetland of the Hebei University of Engineering,based on the improvement of the water quality of the rubber dam in the urban area of Wulie River,Through planting experiments and related research,selected aquatic plants(Phragmites communis,Typha orientalis Presl,Lotus flower,Nymphaea L,Oenanthe benghalensis Benth,Canna indica L,Iris tectorum Maxim)suitable for planting in the Northern Mountain Areas.The plan for planting wetland aquatic plants in the Wulie River was clarified,and an area of 692,900 m~3 of wetland was planned to be constructed.(3)According to the actual conditions of the rubber dam in the urban area of Wulie River,aiming to improve the water quality and landscape function in the lake area,a feasible and practical technique that can significantly improve the water quality of the river is determined.Four techniques(artificial aeration and re-oxygenation,sediment dredging,planting of aquatic plants,and riverbed-based planted ecological blanket construction)were used in Wulie River.(4)The MIKE21 model was established based on the ecological hydrological process of the rubber dams in the Wulie River,and determined a practical prediction model that reflects the laws of water dynamics and water quality changes in each lake area.The MIKE21 model has a certain role in improving Wulie River water purification.(5)Based on the pollution status and target establishment of rubber dams in the urban area of the Wulie River,an appropriate chain structure of the ecological water cycle system was constructed.
