With the continuous development of the coal industry,environmental protection requirements continue to improve,coal mine filling technology more and more attention by the industry.Paste filling station design is an important part of paste filling technology,in order to reduce the filling cost,improve the filling efficiency,the topic for the paste filling station key technical problems in the design to carry out related research,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Paste filling material dosage and key equipment selection: to calculate the amount of different mining paste filling material filling paste required for the selection of the key equipment,and on this basis,save filling station design time,and can avoid the paste preparation process for selection of key equipment materials accurate due to the unreasonable;(2)Finite element analysis of cushion bucket structure: coordination of filling paste in the whole system continuously cannot do without the key components of paste filling station,a ring buffer bucket as paste filling station connecting,the finite element analysis was carried out using ANSYS software in the buffer bucket volume at different static analysis,equivalent strain,equivalent stress distribution analysis by comparing the buffer bucket at different angles,the structure of different parts of the buffer bucket in the stress and deformation of the safe use of the buffer bucket,improve the paste filling efficiency,meet the requirements of paste filling;(3)Virtual assembly virtual 3D assembly model has been constructed on the paste filling station by using Solid works software to extract information,save the assembly model,assembly path,so as to obtain the animation assembly process,can predict the assembly characteristics and problems better,accurately make changes,improve the efficiency of assembly paste filling,reduce working time.(4)Based on the research on modular mobile concrete mixing station has the advantages of large mechanical equipment and module design method,modular of paste filling station,according to the different functions of different modules,transfer paste filling station,improve the reuse rate of paste preparation equipment,cost savings.
