Research And Application Of The Comprehensive Anti-scale Card Technology For High-base And Three-element Combined Drive Pumping Unit

At present,Daqing Oilfield enters the tertiary oil recovery stage.The crude oil recovery rate has been improved on the basis of primary and secondary oil recovery,and has achieved good results.However,the relevant mining problems faced in the process of strong alkaline ASP flooding are followed.The problem of scaling and pumping in oil wells has become increasingly prominent during the process of strong alkaline ASP flooding,which has seriously affected the normal production of oil fields.Due to the presence of alkali in strong alkaline ternary compound flooding,the fouling and pumping problems caused by wells are unavoidable,but the conventional pickling and stripping operations are not satisfactory,resulting in frequent pump maintenance operations and increased production costs,reducing production efficiency.In this paper,in order to solve the fouling card pump problem in the process of strong alkaline ASP flooding,the pumping structure of conventional pumping wells is first optimized and improved,and then the pumping structure and the fishing wells in the pumping unit are related.The system was optimized and improved.Based on this,the use of chemical scale removers was studied in strong alkaline ternary compound flooding to form a comprehensive anti-scale card technology for oil field pumping wells in strong oil field ASP flooding..The field application shows that the integrated anti-scaling card technology for pumping wells formed in this research has good application to the strong alkaline ASP flooding block in Daqing Oilfield,and it is suitable for the features of easy scaling,easy-to-card pumps,and difficult-to-unlock cards.Comprehensive management from the three aspects of conventional pumping unit,pumping pumping unit and chemical anti-scaling,has a certain application prospects.
