At present,the problem of scale formation in producing Wells exposed by asp technology is increasingly serious,which has a great impact on oilfield production.After the survey found a production plant in Da Qing oil field,the current asp flooding system of production well fouling prediction is still in its infancy,The information degree of scale control in asp flooding produced Wells is low,scale early warning methods and knowledge system is not sound,data,large amount of calculation and prediction process is complex,lead to the analysis of the staff time is long,low working efficiency,data maintenance difficulties,unable to grasp the timing of adding the anti-scaling agent in time.Therefore,it has become an urgent need to establish a scale prediction model for the production well with asp flooding,dig out the scale prediction rules,and guide the managers to invest anti-scale agent in advance.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the scale forming operation and scale forming mechanism of asp flooding,and proposes a prediction model for the scale forming of asp flooding produced Wells based on improved CART decision tree.Firstly,the current situation and scale formation mechanism of the production well with asp flooding in Da Qing oilfield are deeply analyzed.Secondly,the historical data of ion assay of produced liquid were collected to complete the pretreatment of ion assay data,and the set of scale prediction samples was established.Then,aiming at the low efficiency of CART algorithm in dealing with continuous eigenvalues,Fayyab boundary value determination method is introduced to speed up the calculation of splitting threshold.The scaling rules were extracted and the knowledge base of scaling prediction was established.Finally,the composite information management system of dislodging,cleaning and scaling prevention is designed and implemented,and the scaling well is matched according to scaling rules,and the corresponding scaling prevention implementation plan is generated,so as to provide timely and effective decision support for workers.The application results show that the scale warning model based on the improved CART decision tree can better solve the problem of scale warning in the production well of asp flooding,and the scale prevention scheme can reliably guide the application of scale inhibitor,improve the work efficiency and have a strong application value.
