| Oil drilling rig is the most important main equipment in the development of oil and natural gas in Daqing oilfield. In recent years, the amount of drilling operation in shallow wells is increasing continuously. The demand for drilling machines below 3000 meters is increasing, the drilling machine is required to have good technical advanced, reliability, migration and economy. At present, the old ZJ15 D drilling machine has the disadvantages of transmission and structure, poor technical performance, slow installation and movement, and high failure rate, which can’t meet the needs of the development of modern drilling engineering and drilling technology. The advanced technology of electric frequency conversion drilling rig is more and more adapted to the requirements of drilling technology. It has been accepted by the drilling industry rapidly and has been widely welcomed. The rig derrick is the mechanical core of the rig equipment and the main load-bearing part of the rig.It has high requirements for the strength and safety of the derrick. Therefore, the mechanical properties and load conditions of the derrick should be analyzed to ensure the reliability and stability of the drilling rig.In view of the actual production needs of Daqing oil field, the design of the ZJ15 D rig derrick is redesigned on the basis of the rig derrick, and the K type derrick is designed to meet the needs of the hydraulic rig to meet the needs of the actual production. The design concept of modular drilling machine is adopted as a whole, which can realize the interchangeability of all parts of the equipment and other rig, improve the product’s optimization, easy to maintain, easy to transport, and have good reliability, advanced and mobility.According to the characteristics of the derrick structure, the three-dimensional finite element model is established. The finite element model loading of the rig derrick is loaded, and the static characteristic simulation calculation is carried out by the professional finite element analysis software ANSYS9.0.The analysis shows that the newly designed derrick meets the requirements of strength and stiffness. |
