| It needs a man to operate the drillpipe in the 32 metres high board during the drilling process,who is called derrick-man in the drilling crew.This job is extremely hard and dangerous because there is risk of dropping and it is difficult to escape when emergency happens.As the related technology develops and the safety consciousness raises,The research of a mechanical derrick-man which is named “Iron derrick-man” becomes necessary and feasible.The iron derrick-man discussed in this thesis is designed to install completely on the derrick,so we have to make the force analysis on the derrick before application.Firstly,this thesis introduce the mechanical structure of the iron derrick-man.Secondly,We analyse the the finite element stress,fatigue lifetime,reliability and stability of the derrick and iron derrickman by the ANSYS software.Thirdly,We proposed a structure reinforcement plan and proved the strengthened derrick and iron derrick-man was stable and reliable in dynamic character and anti-seismic capability,safe in structure,and meet the request for utilization.All of this provided the theory support for the field application of iron derrickman. |
