Crude oil is a mixture of hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbons,the difference in the relative content of various components in different crude oils resulted in a larger liquidity difference.Crude oil flow improver added to the crude oil can play a role in pouring,viscosity reduction,drag reduction and other effects,further improving the liquidity of crude oil.Flow improver is generally a polymer,mainly drag reducing agent,pour point depressant,viscosity reducer,demulsifier and anti-wax agent and other categories.The current oil and gas gathering and transportation of the oil field is basically the use of water conservation and gathering and transportation technology,infrastructure construction and maintenance costs are high,the heating of crude oil into the water consumption and waste a lot of energy,so that the integrated economicbenefits of oil.Adding flow improver can optimize the flow performance of crude oil and improve the realization of the pipeline at room temperature or low temperature transport of crude oil,can reduce transportation costs and save construction costs.In this paper,the crude oil of Jiangsu Oil field Oil Production Plant was studied in detail.In the experiment,the crude oil component determination method was used to determine the original component content,the determination of the original moisture by distillation method,and the HLB value of crude oil is determined by the best HLB value method.And a large number of experiments should be mixed the existing reagents.We have concluded that the best flow improver of high six crude oil is X-01.Under the condition of 34?,the viscosity rate can reach 98.7%,for high 11 crude oil,the resistance reduction effect is excellent,and the reduction rate can reach 90.22% at 35?plus 0.1%.In view od the high eleven crude oil,we have used microscopic measurement method to observe and summarize the crude oil morphology beside the determination method of its utilization basis.We also designed and manufactured the flow reation device,and tested the best viscosity reducing flow agent.The resuilts we obtained high crude oil flow into the eleven best agent for X-02.at the temperature of 37? the viscosity reduction rate can reach 75.8%,at a temperature of 35?plus a dose of0.1%,the rate of decline can reach 81.9%;TX-1 surfatant(oil field supply)dosage is 0.2%best,at the temperature of 35?,the viscosity reduction rate is 96.3%;TX-2 surfatant(oil field supply)dosage is 0.2% the best effect,at the temperature of 35?,the viscosity reduction rate reached 99.7%.
