The Synthesis Of Ultrafine Silver Nanowires And Its Composite With MOFs

One-dimensional Ag NWs have attracted ever increasing attention in recent years due to their potential applications in transparent electrodes,catalysts,surface enhanced resonance scattering(SERS)based sensors and electric heating elements.The controllable synthesis of high quality Ag NWs is of great importance for the optimization of devices based on Ag NWs.This paper mainly focuses on the effect of different reaction process parameters on the synthesis of Ag NWs and preparing the ultrafine Ag NWs with average diameters below 25 nm.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Preparation of the Ag NWs by polyol methodUsing ethylene glycol(EG)as solvent and reducing agent of the reaction system,Ag NWs with less silver particles and uniform diameter were synthesized at high temperature.And its effect of different reaction process parameters on the synthesis of Ag NWs were systematically studied.(2)The study about synthesis of ultrathin Ag NWsUsing the mixture of EG and diethylene glycol(DEG)as both solvent and reductant,vinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)and DEG as the dual capping agents,the Ag NWs with average diameters below 25 nm were synthesized in the presence of sodium chloride.By optimizing the volume ratios of DEG to EG and regulating the molar ratios among the PVP,Na Cl and Ag NO3,the relationship among the viscosity of the solvent,reducing capacity of the solvent and capping agents were adjusted to prepare the Ag NWs with different diameters.At the same time,we also conducted the research on thermogravimetric,infrared and thermal stability of the synthesized Ag NWs.(3)The preparation of Ag NWs and metal organic framework compounds(MOFs)compositesMetal organic framework compounds [Cu(H2L)(H2O)]n and Ag NWs @[Cu(H2L)(H2O)]n composites were synthesized by solvothermal method and its related characterized were conducted...
