In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the application of stretchable and flexible conductiving films have become ubiquitous in the fields of supercapacitors,nanogenerator,sensors,as well as electronic skin.However,the most of the researches focus on the blending of elastic substrate and conductive network.On the one hand,this structure is not conducive to electronic transport,On the other hand,limited by the nature of the elastomer material,such devices cannot achieve long-term and stable electrical performance at a certain deformation state in practical application.Therefore,a flexible conductive composite film based on shape memory function that can be fixed and reversibly deformed was prepared by means of electrospinning,in suit cross-linking and spin-coating.The conductive composite films have good conductivity,stability,and interesting programmable characteristics between the material's resistance and the deformation rate in the shape memory-recovery cycle.Here,we investigated the resistance characteristic of conductive composite films under the same/different deformation rate,found that under the same deformation rate,the change in resistance have unique “memory property”,which similar to shape memory function.However,under the different deformation rate,the conductive composite films can achieve its own conversion of “conduction-insulation-conduction” state,which similar to the function of switching device.Based on these interesting phenomena,we investigate the simple application of conductive composite films as a monitoring and switching device in microcircuits.In addition,based on the fixable of shape memory and the resistance characteristic of conductive composite films,we analyzed the feasibility of using PPAFs and buzzer as alarm element through Proteus software,and verified through experiment.
