Culture,as the blood and soul of the nation,has made tremendous contributions to the development of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation,and the progress of civilization.Ecological culture is an indispensable part of Chinese culture.In the era of continuous development of ecological civilization construction,the rise of ecological culture means the awakening of public awareness of ecological civilization and the transformation of economic development patterns.It is an inevitable way for China to follow the path of sustainable development.To cultivate ecological culture as an important support,we must integrate the core concepts of ecological culture into the legal system of ecological civilization.Therefore,improving the ecological and cultural system is an important part of accelerating the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,since the construction of ecological culture is inseparable from the financial support,under the "new normal" of the economy,the economic growth slows down,and the development of ecological culture is more significant for economic transformation and upgrading.In order to encourage the construction of ecological culture and prosper the country' s cultural undertakings,the State Council and various departments have repeatedly issued policies and measures for financially supporting cultural development.Based on this background and reviewing the relevant research literature,the article revealed the connotation and characteristics of ecological culture,the necessity of the construction of ecological culture system supported by financial support,the construction of ecological cultural system and The reasons for financial support on the basis of learning from the theories of ecological culture,integration of production and finance,financial development,and financial innovation,analyzed the status of the development of eco-cultural industries and financial support development,pointed out a series of problems in the construction of China's eco-cultural system and the development of financial support.At the same time,through certain principles of index construction.Establish evaluation indicators for the development level of an ecological cultural system and evaluation indicators of financial support level,use entropy method and standard deviation method to weight each evaluation index,and then use weighted model to evaluate ecological culture system and financial support level in 31 provinces and cities in China.Based on the comprehensive evaluation values of the two parts,use the coordination degree model to calculate the degree of coordination between the level of ecological and cultural systems in each province and city and the level of financial support.Finally,based on the perspective of financial support,in order to promote the construction of ecological and cultural systems and increase the coordinator of two parts,the measures and suggestions are proposed off.
