In this paper,the engineering applications and the effects of the high-performance coatings with the microcrystalline silicon on the indoor air purification were studied.And an integration technology of the test,diagnosis and management was designed and implemented.The results showed that the formaldehyde purification rates of the air purifying coatings are below 46%in the engineering application,which is lower than theoretical purification rate of 97.5%,owing to the sustained release of the formaldehyde from indoor furniture,while the initial concentrations of the negative oxygen ions indoor enhanced more than 5000 cm-3 and the shielding rates about radon reached 96%in a national defense underground engineering.The shielding and treatment of formaldehyde in furniture boards are researched systematically by using different combinations of XKD-1 shield agent,XKD-2 shield agent and the high-performance coatings of the air purification with the microcrystalline silicon.It was observed that the different combinations of XKD-1,XKD-1+ XKD-2,XKD-1 +high-performance coatings of the air purification and XKD-1+ XKD-2+high-performance coatings of the air purification showed that the different shielding rates for the plywood were 82.76%89.66%96.55%and 96.55%,while the shielding rates for particleboard were 93.55%,96.77%,96.77%and 96.77%respectively.XKD-1and XKD-2 were able to form a dense coating to block the release of formaldehyde,and formed the complexes(Si-O...Ti)with the high-performance coatings,then improved the performance of photocatalytic to effectively decompose the formaldehyde.In summary,the methods had obvious effects on indoor air pollution control,and had a bright market prospects and great application values.
