Agitator is one of the most commonly used equipment in chemical industry.Among them,paddle agitator is widely used because of its simple structure,low cost and good effect of mixing low viscosity fluid.In the mixing operation,the solid-liquid two-phase mixing is the most common,but the optimization of the mixing effect is constantly being studied.Based on the above background,this paper selects the numerical simulation method to design a new type of agitator,and optimizes the parameters of the solid-liquid two-phase flow field and the new agitator in the agitated vessel,the best two-phase liquid mixing effect,the best solid-liquid suspension optimal parameter group.In this paper,a new type of agitator is designed on the basis of a standard propeller-type stirring device: Six blades(flat blades)are used to reinforce a smooth cylindrical flake at the end of the blades.Through theoretical analysis,this kind of structural characteristics will make the stirring device to produce axial jet,the aim is to improve the mixing efficiency and enhance the mixing performance of the mixing plant.The CFX software in Ansys 14.0 was used to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase flow field in the stirred vessel by numerical analysis.By comparing and analyzing the mixing results of different coil height,different stirring speed,different installation height of agitator impeller and different impeller diameter,in this paper,the liquid velocity vector graph,the solid phase velocity vector graph and the solid holdup cloud picture are analyzed,and the parameter value of the solid-liquid two-phase mixing effect is obtained.,the optimum parameter combination of the new stirrer is obtained,and the mixing efficiency of solid-liquid two-phase mixing is improved.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,it can be obtained that the inner diameter of the stirring vessel is 500 mm,the diameter of the blade is 300 mm,the height of the donator is 45 mm,the working speed of the agitator is 350 r / min,the installation height of the agitator is 275 mm,the mixing vessel solid-liquid two-phase mixing effect is better,solid-liquid suspension to achieve the best.
