Mine vehicle is widely used in the tunnel metal mining,coal mine(non open coal mine),tunnel for coal mine and other fields.Mine vehicle axle is an important part of transmission system.Therefore,the design and research of wet axle is of great significance for improving the performance of mine vehicle,and provides a theoretical basis and reference for the realization of its engineering application.Based on researches and analysis on domestic and foreign markets of mine vehicles and axles,and confirms the parameters of developing vehicle axle are rated load 20000Kg and 120000N·m output torque.The design and selection of the axle housing assembly,transmission system and brake system are used to optimize the mine axledesign.During designing axle housing assembly,theoretical design method is applied to select basic section,CREO for 3D modeling and ANSYS Workbench is used for finite element analysis and optimization design.In addition,through the theoretical analysis of axle assembly leakage causes,the material strength calculation formula and strain calculation formula and Hooke's law,it is introduced in the same external conditions,the elastic modulus of deformation of axle assembly between parts and materials is inversely proportional to the theory.A new composite seal washer is designed to prevent oil leakage from the joint surface of the total housing components,which can solve the effect of oil leakage caused by different materialsTransmission system is designed from two aspects including master reduction and planet gear hub system.For master reduction design,active pinion is designed and optimized and No-Spin differential mechanism is selected.In planetary gear hub system design,it is mainly from the planetary gear system selection and strength,and made the program of fast matching of the teeth.A compact rolling needle is arranged between the planetary gear and the planet axle.Therefore,an auxiliary installation tool is designed,which can quickly install the needle roller to avoid less loading,missing loading and multiple rolling needles.The brake system is mainly used to calculate the braking torque of the wet multi disk disc type loss brake and to verify the driving pressure.while accessory and intensity are designed in details for planet gear hub system.Then wet brake types are introduced,among which wet disc brake torque is calculated and running release pressure is verified.Through the selection and design of each module of the mine vehicle axle,we can solve the current situation that the domestic vehicle axle is limited,and play a promoting role for the development of domestic axle products.
