With the global economic integration developing,the automotive industry has achieved rapid development,and the production of cars has also increased year by year.Brake disc,as an important part of automobile brake system,demand is also increasing year by year.Brake disc original processing produced a low degree of automation,resulting in high defective rate,low production efficiency and other issues.With the increase of labor cost and the competition in the industry,it is a trend to realize the automation of auto parts processing line.With brake disc processing and the special CNC lathe as the research object,this article used the methods of the modern design and analysis in the design phase of the machine tool which can carry out the comprehensive analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics for the structure of the machine tool.And using the modern optimization algorithms and softwares analyzed and optimized the structure for the parts and components of the machine tool.Firstly,in this paper,take the brake disc processing as the research object,and analyzes the process of the brake disc processing,and designs the layout of the brake disc production line.Secondly,we design the overall structure,spindle system,feed drive system and turnover system of the special NC lathe.Applying the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks built the three-dimensional mathematical model for the CNC milling machine tool.On the basis of the 3D structure design,the finite element analysis software AWB built the finite element modeling for the key components of the CNC machine tools.And the structure of the key components and the whole machine were carried out the static analysis,modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.Using the results of the analysis,the dynamic and static characteristics of the structure are analyzed,and it is found that the structure design of the basic components of the CNC lathe is too conservative,and the optimization space is still very large.Based on the results of finite element analysis,the optimization of the key structure of the lathe is carried out by using the multi-objective optimization method based on response surface.The optimization results show that the dynamic and static characteristics of the key parts of the CNC lathe are improved,and the lightweight structure of the basic components of the lathe is realized.Finally,put the optimization of the key parts into the CNC lathe for dynamic and static analysis,the results show that the whole lathe to meet the design requirements.At the same time,the NC lathe CNC system is selected,and design of servo feed system of NC lathe.
