The coordination compound is a coordinate entity which is composed by metal ions and organic ligands through coordinate bond,and extend infinitely in 1D,2D,or 3D.These materials have the advantage of both organic and inorganic materials,and their structures and properties could be designed and modified by controlling construction unit.In recent years,Because of their excellent physical and chemical properties,they are widely used in magnetic materials,luminescent materials,gas absorption,heterogeneous catalysis and other fields,and draw the attention of many researchers.This thesis aims to synthesize polymer with excellent luminescence,magnetism and thermal stability,and successfully synthesis twenty two metal compounds based on two?-diketone ligands and a terpyridine ligand.These compounds were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,IR spectra,and elemental analysis et al.The magnetic properties of some compounds have been studied.The full text is divided into three chapters:Chapter 1:The development of coordination polymer and the progress of the latest research on the?-diketone,terpyridine compounds have been summarized.Chapter 2:The structure and properties of?-diketone compounds.2,6-pyridyldicarboxylate was chosen as initial material to get two?-diketone ligand by esterification reaction and Claisen ester condensation:2-?3-oxo-3-phenylpropionyl?-6-pyridine-carboxylic acid?H2L1?,2,6-bis?3-oxo-3-phenylpropionyl?-pyridine?H2L2?.Five isomorphous hexanuclear rare earth metal compounds[Ln6?L1?4?O2?2?DMF?6?NO3?6]?DMF[Ln=Sm?1?,Tb?2?,Dy?3?,Ho?4?,Yb?5?]have been synthesized under ether diffusion condition based on H2L1 and rare earth salts.One binuclear compound[Mn2?L1?2?DMF?2Cl2]?6?was obtained based on H2L1 and transitionmetal.Eightheterometallic compounds:[Ni2Ln?L2?2?HCO2?2?DMF??NO3??H2O?]?H2O[Ln=Nd?7?,Gd?8?,Tb?9?,Dy?10?,Ho?11?],[Zn2Ba?L2?3?DMF?]?12?,[Ni2Eu?L2?2?NO3?3?CH3O?2?NO3?3?H2O?]?13?,were synthesized with the H2L2 under ether diffusion and volatilization condition.Their crystal structures were meticulously studied and described.The magnetic properties and thermal stability of some compounds were investigated.Chapter 3:The structure and properties of terpyridine compounds.Nine transition metal compounds:[Mn?L3?2]·4H2O?14?,[Fe?L3?2]·6H2O?15?,[Co?L3?2]·4H2O?16?,[Ni?L3?2]·2H2O?17?,[Zn?L3?2]·3H2O?18?,[Cd?L3??bmc??H2O?]2·3H2O?19?,[Pb?L3??1,3,5-tbc?]·2H2O?20?,[Cu?L3?Cl]n·nH2O?21?,[Co?L3??1,4-bdc?0.5]n?22?.They have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions based on 4?-?2-sulfophenyl?-2,2?:6?,2?-terpyridine?Na L3?,transition metal.Their crystal structures were meticulously studied and described.The magnetic property and thermal stability of some compounds were investigated.
