With the development of modern technology,there are more and more electromagnetic interference problems in the civil field.In the military field,how to reduce the detection effect of radar electromagnetic waves is also an important technical topic in the military research field in many countries.In this paper,polyaniline was used as the main material.We got PANI/MWNT and PANI/RGO composite materials by different methods.Then we discussed the microwave absorbing properties of this two kinds of composites.The main research contents are as follows:We got PANI/MWNT and PANI/RGO composite materials and then we found that there is no new chemical bond and crystal type in the composite process.by SEM,XRD,FTIR.The PANI/MWNT was prepared by in-situ composite method.When the content of MWNT is 20%,the composite has the best microwave absorption properties.Compared with polyaniline,the dielectric constant of the composites increased significantly.When the content of MWNT was 20%,the composites had the best microwave absorbing property.The maximum reflection loss of the composite material is-21.10dB,which is greatly improved compared to the maximum reflection loss-3.97dB of polyaniline.The structure of the composite is like the polyaniline’s structure.The MWNT filled into the lamellar space,compacted closely with polyaniline,then improved the electrical properties of the composites,increased the dielectric loss of the materials,and at last improved the microwave absorption properties of the composites.The PANI/RGO was prepared through the chemical oxidation synthesis.When the content of graphene is increased in the composite,the microwave absorption property of the material becomes better.Because of the combination of polyaniline and graphene,the discontinuous electron channel increased in the material.The electronic loss energy of the material increased under the action of electromagnetic field,and the microwave absorption properties of the composites were improved.The maximum reflection loss of material also increased from-3.97dB to-29.69dB after adding graphene.The experimental results show that PANI/MWNT and PANI/RGO composites have better microwave absorption properties and wider microwave absorption bands than polyaniline.
