| Nowadays, microwave absorption materials should have the characteristics of wide-scale,strong-absorption,light-weight and so on for practical use.But single material such as polyaniline and graphene can not satisfy all the requirements at the same time, thus the composition of multiple materials has been the tendency of the field of electromagnetic wave absorption. In this article, the dielectric spectrums of both pure polyaniline,graphene-polyaniline composite and graphene-polyaniline/ZnO composite have been manufactured and the dielectric response lines have been stimulated to study their dielectric characteristics and to compare the performance of their microwave-absorption abilities.First we’ve manufactured pure polyaniline,graphing-polyaniline and graphene-polyaniline/ZnO samples and by using these methods of scanning electron microscopy analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis and so on,to study their morphologies and constructions. Then we manutactured the samples of pure polyaniline which is 20%in paraffin, and graphene-polyaniline and graphene-polyaniline/ZnO composite with the same percentage in paraffin. Then the real part and imaginary part have been measured separately during the frequency section of 2-18 GHz.Based on Debye function and by the principle of the least squares technique, the spectrums of both real part and imaginary part have been stimulated using Matlab mathematic software. It shows that the composite is obviously optimized than pure polyaniline in dielectric relaxation, and the performance of graphene-polyaniline/ZnO composite is obviously better than graphene-polyaniline composite. The tangent curves has been figured to evaluate the capability of transforming the absorbed electromagnetic energy to heat.Cole-Cole curves can show the phenomena of relaxation. The reflective loss curves and the 3-demensional reflection loss figure can be valuable reference while studying microwave-absorption materials. |
