Aiming at the problems of thermal barrier coating materials for non-conductive and brittle,conventional electrical machining and machining cannot be used.This paper proposed a new method of electrolyte assisted UV laser processing thermal barrier coating.The electrolysis assisted UV laser processing thermal barrier coating experimental system was built.The regression model of processing technology based on response surface methodology was established,summarized the regular of UV laser processing.The optimization model based on improved ant colony algorithm was built.Experimentally validate the effectiveness of the optimization model and find the optimal experimental scheme.It is of great significant in the field of ceramic coating key parts processing.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,a new method of electrolyte assisted UV laser processing thermal barrier coating material was proposed.Under a certain thickness of the electrolyte layer,the UV laser beam was focused on the surface of the workpiece.The laser galvanometer realized rapid peeling of the UV laser beam on thermal barrier coating material.The "two-photon absorption" wiped off the substrate of the thermal barrier coating material and the collapse of the role of cavitation bubbles avoid the secondary adhesion of processed materials,to meet the processing accuracy requirements(± 0.05mm)and achieve thermal barrier coating micropore no recast cold processing.Secondly,the experimental system of electrolyte assisted UV laser processing thermal barrier coating was established.Mechanical servo control system controlled the processing position of the workpiece.The UV laser transmission and focusing system,consisting of beam expander,reflector and laser vibration mirror,can realize high precision transmission,movement and focus of laser beam.The electrolyte purifying system controlled the circulation of electrolyte and ensures the consistency and repeatability of the process.Finally,the regressive orthogonal experiment of thermal barrier coating with electrolyte assisted ultraviolet laser was designed and the regression equation based on response surface methodology was established.The process rules of electrolyte assisted UV laser processing were summarized.An improved ant colony algorithm was used to establish the optimization model of thermal barrier coating processing by the smallest difference was the objective function,the diameter difference between the upper and lower sides and the upper and lower machining accuracy as constraints.Optimized the process parameters and verify the experiment.
