| Self-disassembly product design method is an innovative design method that maximizes the disassembly and assembly performance of products under the premise of meeting the basic functions of the product.The small office household appliances such as elevating tables belong to the typical user self assembling and disassembling products.This kind of self-disassembly product usually has problems such as fast assembly of enterprises and inconvenience of disassembly and disassembly of consumers,which hinders the rapid promotion of products and reduces economic benefits.The lifting table is used as a typical example o f research,through the analysis of the characteristics of product design,research on product the design method of assembly / disassembly,and puts forward a self-disassembly design method suitable for assembly line assembly and convenient user disassembl y.This method can help reduce the design cost and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and meet the national requirements for sustainable development of green design.The main contents are as follows:1.Analysis and induction of common connection structure and disassembly knowledge,basic requirements of mechanical structure design,design criteria of disassembly and design criteria facing manual assembly,and so on,and put forward the design criteria of self disassembly and assembly.From the three aspects of tool,connection type and accessibility,the factors affecting the performance of parts disassembly and assembly are analyzed,and the evaluation model of product parts disassembly and assembly is established.Based on the AHP method,taking t he disassembly,function realization and cost as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation system of mechanism scheme is established.2.According to the design process of the actual product and the design features of the self assembling and disassembling product,the design process of self disassembly and assembly is put forward.In this paper,the requirements analysis,function solution,functional organization combination screening,scheme determination,plan detailed design and so on,and the virtual prototype modeling are carried out,and the self disassembly design method is discussed in detail,and the general model of the self disassembly design method is established.Taking the SD800 lifting table as an example,the feasibility of the self assembling design method is verified.3.Taking the research and development design of the SD800 big and down table as the example,the virtual prototype is built by self disassembly design method,and the virtual simulation and physical prototype are made.Th rough virtual disassembly test and physical function test,the disassembly and comprehensive performance of the product are verified.4.According to the experimental test situation of the SD800 big and down table,the paper evaluates the SD800 large and lifter table from the aspects of disassembly,functional realization,lightweight and human engineering,and optimizes the structure,and consummate the product design. |
