| In this paper,the problems related to the gap solution of the AA-stacked bilayer graphene(AA-BLG)models are mainly studied.We discuss the models at zero temperature as well as finite temperature.In the first case,the existence and uniqueness of the gap solution are obtained by using the method of upper and lower solution.For finite temperature cases,we consider the doping case and the undoped case respectively.The existence and uniqueness of the local gap solution for the model at finite temperature are obtained by using the implicit function theorem.The dependence of energy gap solution on temperature and doping level are also analyzed. |
