| With the continuous improvement of knitting technology,computer technology and control technology,the intelligentized degree of knitting machine has been greatly improved,which satisfies people’s demand for knitted garments.However,the response speed of knitting enterprises to the market is still slow and the extensive management in the past can no longer satisfy the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,designing a real-time monitoring system for knitting production process is of great practical significance.Through the in-depth analysis of the intelligence level of knitted machine and the information level and the actual demand of the knitting factory,the overall scheme of the knitting machine network system including the knitting machine and the data server is put forward,and a set of real-time monitoring system is designed.The system consists of knitted machine layer,network layer and management layer.The knitting machine layer mainly writes the human-computer interaction program,and discusses in detail the general framework of the human-computer interaction system,the dual port RAM communication,the GPRS communication,the custom protocol formulation,and the technique of the screenshot under the WINCE system.The network layer mainly refers to the implementation and the request of the interaction and response management layer of the knitting machine layer.The server push technology is realized through the SignalR framework,and the pressure of the server is relieved.The SQL Server database is used to manage the knitting production data unify,and the main database table is designed.The management mainly refers to the monitoring of the production process by users,and the network client is compiled,and the functions of each functional module are mainly elaborated.Through this system,we can realize remote monitoring of knitting production process anytime and anywhere.In order to test the whole system,the human-machine interaction system software and WEB application system software are mainly tested.In the laboratoryenvironment,the system can achieve real-time communication,good human-computer interface,good stability of the system,and convenient monitoring data,to a certain extent,it improves the informatization level of knitting enterprises. |
