Multi-purpose Station reconstruction of potential safety hazard is compared with general station transformation difficulty,wide range,and do not shut down,don't stop production is compared with the new station or in the peripheral expansion station outside of the new transformation model,the purpose of the reform is to change the backward,unsafe equipment process,specification of each processing unit standard and unity,from manual control to digital control,to achieve the overall optimization on the production run.In this paper,based on safety management transformation project examples,based on CYWC joint station operation optimization,expounds the principles of oil-water separation principle,water treatment,the demulsification mechanism,control system,illustrates the original electric dehydration air flotation process,two stage filtration process of the negative impact of the production need to change by redesigning.This article start from the on-line modification of high joint station,expatiates the feasibility analysis of renovation,illustrates what terms to the joint station to conduct a comprehensive large-scale production transformation,not through the transformation of production after the problem of construction cannot join them,such as heating furnace hoisting problems,temporary pipeline construction interface,etc.,finally,the problems existing in the modified made explanation.Through the on-line modification,the operation of the joint station optimization,from equipment,power consumption,the four aspects such as the degree of automation,process shows that the optimized effect,achieve the expected purpose of modification.
