Study On Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage And Value Evaluation

The evaluation of the value of tea culture agricultural heritage is the foundation of the protection of tea culture agricultural heritage.At present,the status research focus on the connotation features,element composition,tourism development,and legal protection of the tea culture agricultural heritage.However,there is no relevant systematic and in depth evaluation theories and methods of the tea culture agricultural heritage.Based on the comprehensive perspective of the context of nature and culture,the paper holds that the tea culture agricultural heritage is a characteristic area of historical,scientific,humanistic,and aesthetic values and is formed through the co-evolution of long-term human interaction in the tea plantation and agricultural activities.It includes knowledge technology,natural style,settlement style,site style,folk culture spirit and so on.The components of the tea culture and agricultural heritage include external factors,technical elements,and connotative factors.According to the relationship between man and land,which can be divided into four types of tea cultural and agricultural heritages: tea plantation category,settlement category,place category and historic site category.Criteria were composed according to the connotation characteristics of the tea culture agricultural heritage.The tea culture agricultural heritage has six dimensions: economic value,aesthetic value,technical value,ecological value,historical value,and cultural value.There are slightly differences between different types of tea culture agricultural heritage.The construction of the value evaluation framework of the tea culture agricultural heritage is as follows:The evaluation index of four types of tea culture agricultural heritage value which includes tea plantation category,settlement category,place category and historic site category were selected.The structure frame is constructed by AHP,and the weight value of each index is determined by the method of Delphi,and the scientific and reasonable evaluation frame of the tea culture agricultural heritage value is constructed.The results indicate that the value of various tea culture agricultural heritage focuses on different points.The development and utilization value of tea culture agricultural heritage of tea plantation is the maximum weight value,which is 0.2408.The cultural value of tea culture agricultural heritage of settlement is the maximum,which is 0.3195.The historical value of tea culture agricultural heritage place and historic site is the most prominent,with the weight value of 0.2365 and 0.3652 respectively.
