LNG is kind of high quality and clean energy which is more easily storage than natural gas and it can significant save money.With the adjustment of China's energy structure and rapid economic development,the demand for LNG is increasing day by day.During storage and transportation,BOG will be continuously evaporated due to the special storage method of LNG.Therefore,the treatment process of BOG will directly effect the safe and economic benefit of transportation of LNG.This article takes receiving station recondensing process system of Guang Zhou Dapeng as research object,and do research on the BOG recondensing process and optimized the energy consumption.This paper used software of Aspen Hysys build receiving station recondensing process system model,use single factor method to analyze the factors that affect energy consumption.Choose BOG volume?compressor outlet pressure,low pressure pump's outlet pressure,sea water pump's outlet pressure,external natural gas temperature as optimal variable parameters.The response surface method was used to analyze the interaction of key parameters and fit the equations of these five parameters with respect to the total energy consumption.The constraint conditions were set up to establish the energy consumption optimization model.This model was substituted into LINGO to obtain the lowest total energy consumption.Using the HYSYS optimizer to perform the optimization calculation,comparing the energy consumption calculated by the two with each parameter value,the energy consumption calculation result of the HYSYS optimization model is reduced by 26.3% compared with the data of Dapeng original,and the optimization result of the energy consumption optimization model Compared with the data of Dapeng original,it has reduced by 27.4%.To a certain extent,the BOG recondensing process of Guangdong Dapeng LNG has been optimized.Although,there are differences between the result of consumption model and HYSYS model,the energy optimization model established in this paper can also play a guiding role for the actual site.
