This paper simulates and studies the influence of changes in the desulfurization slurry composition of coal-fired power plants on the foaming of the slurry by building a laboratory simulation reactor. On the basis of single-factor experiments,Pearson correlation and significance analysis were used to study the flow of sulfur dioxide,Air flow, calcium load ratio in the slurry, magnesium load ratio, chloride load ratio, sulfate load ratio,COD pollution load, and oil content. The effects of bubble height and foam disappearance rate were investigated by multi-factor orthogonal analysis using a multivariate analysis of variance method to study the effects of calcium load ratio, magnesium load ratio, chloride load ratio, sulfate load ratio,COD pollution load, and Air flow in the slurry. The combined effect of volume on the height of foaming and the speed of foam disappearance yields the following results and conclusions:1.There was no significant correlation between sulfur dioxide flux, foaming height, and foam disappearance velocity. The correlation coefficient was between 0.7 and 0.8,and the salience was between 0.1 and 0.5.The bubble height was significantly correlated with the defoaming rate. The correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9,The significance is less than 0.05.The correlation of sulfur dioxide flux with foaming and foam disappearance is high.2.The oxygen flux, the concentration of calcium ion in the serum, and the foaming height and foam disappearance rate were significantly correlated. The correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9 and the significance was less than 0.05.The blistering height still shows a significantly strong correlation with the foam disappearing speed.Air flow, calcium load ratio in the slurry, and foaming and foam disappearance are highly correlated. It shows that excessive bubbling of oxygen and excessive calcium ions increase blistering.3.The relationship among magnesium load ratio, chloride load ratio, sulfate load ratio,COD pollution load, oil content, foaming height, and defoaming rate in the slurry is more complex, and the correlation and significance are affected by changes in the factor concentration,in different slurry solutions. There are differences in concentration. Its effect is not single and it will produce certain changes with the increase of the concentration, but the overall performance is: in the concentration of 10g/L slurry in the various factors show the most obvious effect.4.Under the influence of multifactor complex, the maximum significance in the analysis of variance with bubbling height as the dependent variable was 0.833,and the minimum significance was 0.013;the most significant was in the analysis of variance with the speed of foam disappearance as the dependent variable. The degree is 0.988 and the minimum significance is 0.015.The influence of various factors is very different.Influence on Foaming Height Chloride concentration> Calcium load ratio> COD> Magnesium load ratio> Air flow amount> Sulfate load ratio;Degree of influence on the rate of foam disappearance Chloride concentration> Calcium load ratio> COD> Air flow amount> Sulfate load ratio > magnesium load ratio. The significant concentration of chloride ion and calcium load ratio is less than 0.05,affecting the dominant position.
