As the domestic oil field gradually enters the late stage of oilfield exploitation,a variety of enhanced oil production technology has been widely used,resulting in serious crude oil emulsification,production of water,oil/water transition layer of the structure of complex,and caused by dehydration current,dehydration electric field easily collapsed,aging crude oil processing capacity,making the traditional electric dehydration device to deal with a significant decline.In view of the above problems,this article from the angle of improving the crude oil demulsification effect and the crude oil electric dehydration efficiency,a high voltage pulse generator with high repetition rate for crude oil dehydration was developed to improve the processing ability of crude oil electric dehydration device for refractory crude oil with high water content,aging crude oil and oil/water transition layer,and to improve the stability of the dehydration electric field.The specific research contents include:(1)According to the actual dielectric parameters of crude oil,the current variation rule of two typical electrode structures with different electrode spacing and different water content is simulated and analyzed,which provides the parameter basis for the design of high repetition rate high-voltage pulse generator.(2)Combined with the actual demand of crude oil production,the basic parameters of high repetition rate high voltage pulse generator are given,and the main circuit of the device is designed,including controllable rectifier circuit,high frequency inverter circuit and high-frequency pulse transformer.The simulation results of PSpice show that the designed main circuit can meet the requirement of the high repetition rate pulse generator.(3)A high voltage generator control system based on CPLD and microprocessor is designed,including: voltage control module,high frequency inverter control module,data conditioning and acquisition module,data communication module,etc.The debug results show that the designed control system can control the output parameters such as voltage amplitude,pulse repetition rate and pulse width,and can monitor the dehydration voltage and current in real time.(4)In order to verify the effectiveness of the design of high repetition rate high voltage pulse generator in crude oil electric dehydration,the experimental platform of crude oil electric dehydration was built in the laboratory,and the characteristics of electric dehydration of crude oil with different conditions were studied.The results show that the electric of high repetition high voltage pulse field can improve the oil dehydration rate and the stability of the electric field. |
