Evaluation And Research On The Value Of Ecosystem Services In Yongnianwa Wetland

Wetland ecosystem is one of the infrastructure to guarantee the economic and social construction of mankind,meanwhile it is also the most fundamental requirement for many plants and animals.In the past time of human developing history,we gradually realized that wetlands are closely related to human survival and development.Mankind get products from the wetland ecosystem constantly,while enjoying the regulation of the wetland ecosystem,supporting the a pleasant ecological environment.In most cases,however,humans only pay attention to the values of resources directly generated in the short term,while it greatly negelects the ecological and environmental value of its indirect services,resulting in serious damage to the wetland ecosystem,the service that it can provide to mankind is decreasing gradually,and ultimately endangers the ecological foundation of the sustainable development of human society.On the basis of predecessors' work,this paper analyzes and summarizes the evaluation and content of ecosystem service value.By investigation,simulation experiment,data collection,the wetland ecosystem services is divided into four categories: supply service,regulation service,support service and culture service.Meanwhile,four kinds of services are divided into nine kinds of service indicators.The value of service index is divided into direct use value and indirect use value,using the method of market valuation,alternative engineering,travel cost and so on.Further accounting for its value in the form of monetisation,and in the end it is concluded that the total value of wetland ecological services are 19.217 billion yuan in the year 2015,which is 7.8% of the GDP in Yongnian district,and the unit area value is 1.2 billion yuan,among them the value of the supply service is 20 million 600 thousand yuan,the value of the regulation service is 1.8492 billion yuan,the value of the support services is 3 million 100 thousand yuan,the value of the cultural services is 48 million 800 thousand yuan,the direct use values are 69 million 400 thousand yuan and the indirect use values are 1.852 billion.From the results of the study,the author analyzed the value of the leading service index of the ecosystem services of the Yongnianwa wetland are the climate regulation,flood regulation and recreation,the value of the three accounted for 97.18% in the total value,the first two are indirect use values.Investigation and analysis the current status of the process of exploitation and utilization of the Yongnianwa ecosystem.According to the result of the evalution and analysis,from a long-term point of view in sustaining development,establish or expand the infrastructure of ecosystem services,use the wetland material resources appropriately,enhance the travelling popularity of the wetlands,provide a pleasant living environment for species.Proposing the constructive significance with safeguard and management,planning and purposing conservation and utilization of wetlands,completing the restoration and reconstruction of wetlands for the further goal.As one of the three great lakes in north China,Yongnianwa wetland plays an important role in the process of regional economic development and ecological environment.This paper classifies and evaluates its services and puts forward suggestions and opinions for sustainable development of regional economy and ecological environment.In order to provide reliable and powerful data theory reference for government departments and decision-makers to develop,manage,plan and protect the wetland ecosystem.It will help to fill the black area of valuation of ecosystem services in Yongnianwa wetland.
