| The quality of a construction project is the core of project construction and the key to determining the success or failure of a project.It is also the focus of achieving the three major control objectives(quality,cost and schedule),as well as the life and property of the State’s property and people.The road project in a well area of Y Oil Field is different from the normal road project due to its purpose of development mainly for oilfield mining work.Track the progress of the project,study the quality management of the construction preparation and construction phase of the project,put forward specific suggestions for improving the quality management of the project,and implement a scientific and efficient quality management for the project and promote the construction unit to continuously improve the project management level,all of which have certain Practical guidance.Based on practical application,taking the quality management of road project in a well area of Y Oilfield as the research object,based on the relevant knowledge,methods and tools of project management and quality management,the paper deeply studies and analyzes the status of quality management during construction preparation and construction,The existing problems and their causes,and pointed out suggestions for improvement are of great significance in ensuring the quality and quantity of the project is completed on schedule.First of all,after a systematic review of the basic theory of project quality management both at home and abroad,the basic knowledge of project management and project quality management is outlined.Secondly,this paper introduces the general situation of road project in a well area of Y Oilfield and the current status of project quality management.The main problems in project quality management are analyzed from the project preparation stage and the construction stage.There is lack of rationality in the preparation stage for the construction drawing review.Stage quality management is not in place,the construction organization planning content audit is not strictly three issues,the construction process of personnel,machinery and equipment,materials,construction methods and the environment and other issues to explore the cause of the problem,the proposed project quality Management Suggestions for Improvement,Quality Management Suggestions in the Preparation Stage of the Project mainly include establishing a responsibility system for the whole process of material preparation,overcoming technical problems and attaching importance to service training,preparing for the site according to the schedule of construction plans,and implementing technical work.Suggestions for improvement during the construction of the project mainly include the following five aspects:strengthening personnel selection and establishment of a reasonable working system,rational and effective use of machinery and equipment,strengthening the whole process of material quality management,identifying different construction methods for each construction phase,Reduce the impact of harsh environment on construction quality.The paper applies the theory of project quality management to the project management of oilfield well area in the hope of improving the construction quality management level of road project in a well area of Y oilfield and ensuring the quality and quantity of the project can be completed on schedule. |
