In view of the "dirty,messy and poor" situation of commercial concrete mixing plant,the treatment of concrete waste water is the key to solve this problem.Scientific,reasonable and safe use of concrete waste water can not only achieve the efficiency of energy saving,but also produce good technical,economic and ecological benefits.In view of this,this paper systematically studies the technical characteristics of concrete waste water and its impact on concrete workability,strength and durability.The physical and chemical properties of concrete waste water dry powder were studied.The effects of concrete waste water dry powder and waste water on the water consumption,setting time and mortar strength of cement standard consistency were compared.The dry powder of waste water was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The effect of hydration products.The results show that the concrete syrup water should be tested separately for the clarified liquid,slurry and dry powder performance indicators.The index will not adversely affect the concrete performance and can be applied to concrete production.The effects of concrete waste water on C10~C60 grade concrete were studied.The concrete was prepared with different quality concrete waste water samples.The initial workability,1h menstrual loss and mechanical properties were selected and compared.C30 concrete was studied for its early crack resistance and resistance to chloride ion permeability.The system analysis of the effect of concrete waste water dry sample on concrete performance,mechanical properties and durability.The results show that with the increase of the amount of waste concrete slurry,the initial workability and 1h menstrual loss show a trend of first sag and then decrease;the intensity of 28 d will increase with the increase of the amount of the increase;the early anti-cracking performance and chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete with different dosages Sexual influence is small.When the concrete waste water is not more than 60% in concrete,it has little effect on concrete workability,strength,chloride ion penetration resistance and early crack resistance.According to the research results,the application is carried out in the project.Compared with the concrete not mixed with waste water,the workability,mechanical properties and durability can meet the engineering quality requirements,which is consistent with the research results.
