Liaohe oil field is the largest heavy oil recovery base in china,the horizortal well has been already developed to the scale application phase from the pilot phase and the expandable experiments with the progressive perfection of developmental complete suit of technology and the increase of well completion number in Liaohe oil field.Up to now,the reservoir type which recoveried has been developed to the various type of reservoir such as the edge water and bottom water heavy oil reservoir,the fractured oil reservoir,the thin layered oil reservoir etc.From the initial block oil reservoir.The development mode has adopted the conventional heavy oil recovery method,the water flooding,the huff and puff,the steam stimulation,the SAGD.And the In-situ combustion.The horizontal technology has also been applicated in the development of difficult production reserve which is not recovered,the mature block oil recovery in the developmental middle phase and late phase,the marginal well development in the main oil reservoir and the complete development of super heavy oil of shu block.The various kinds of horizontal wells have been drilled to 1419 wells until January,2018.The twenty Percent of production rate has been contributed by seven percent of total wells.The horizontal well should be the key action in the sustainable development of Liaohe oil field.The horizontal well in the heavy oil reservoir has occurred a lot of problems in the different applicable area with the expansion of applicable scope and the elongation of applicable time.The pump in the horizontal well is only depended on the import owing to the pump is difficult to satisfy the requirement of large discharge capacity lifting under high temperature.The non-standard high temperature large discharge capacity lifting technology has been researched and deceloped which includes a complete suit of φ108mm ~ φ140mm large diameter long stroke high temperature resistant oil suction pump.Stroke controlled large pump remover,rod string thread off controlling technique,cansolve the import depended problems of the SAGD horizontal produeer lifting under high temperat ure condition for a long time.The horizontal well produced liquid profile testing techniques under high temperature condition combined with mechanical and chemical water plugging technology in the hosizontal well in heavy oil reservoir have been formed due to the more difficult water plugging in the higher water cut phase in the screen completed horizontal well.The new type of high temperature resistant chemical plugging agents and the mechanical packer have beenresearched and developed.The water produced in the horizontal well in heavy oil block such as Leng43 and Gao2 has been successfully plugged.The three suits of horizontal well workover string in the process of screen fishing,reversing and cutting for horizontal well have been designed according to the problems such as the sand sticking of screen in the horizontal well,the casing deformation.A lot of kinds offishing and repairing tools such as hydraulic pulling stick releaser,etc have been researched and developed.
