Putaohua Oilfield of Daqing Peripheral Oilfields has already entered into late medium-high water cut stage. Inefficient, ineffective circulation will be more and more serious in successive water flooding. Composite water cut is increasing year after year, at right time is beyond90%, and the number of high water cut wells is increasing. In order to solve this problem, profile controlling, water plugging are used and achieved certain results. With the development of oilfield, conflicts among and between layers become more and more serious, distribution of residual oil become more and more complex, and controlling water cut and developing remaining oil become more and more difficult. For these reasons, effect of single measure and its validity period are decreasing. Once made one measure, reservoir heterogeneity will be worse after water flooding, new high permeability zone will be made, and water cut of wells will increasing. So once and single water plugging or profile controlling could not meet the demands of reservoir development. In this paper, according to characteristics of Putaohua Oilfield, study of comprehensive regulation technology of multicycle bidirectional plugging control technology in high water cut blocks are made, and comprehensive controlling water and developing of high water cut stage in Putaohua Oilfield of Daqing Peripheral Oilfields is introduced.Study of this paper is based on the theory of partial water plugging and two-way water plugging After a long period of production, reservoir heterogeneity and the complex of residual oil distribution in high water cut stage become increasingly serious problems, effects of single profile controlling is limited and reservoir heterogeneity will be even worse in successive water flooding, new high permeability zone will be made, water cut of wells will increasing again. Adverse influence of reservoir heterogeneity could not be avoided completely. Therefore, depending on different reservoir heterogeneity characteristics and development stage, adjusting injection-production profile by partial water plugging is put forward. Well-head pressure drop curves of injection wells were used for analyzing and estimating the heterogeneity of each well to confirm the profile controlling necessity of wells in a certain development stage. Quantized pressure drop curves are used for optimization design of profile control agent, conflicts among and between layers will be relieved gradually, and the affected zones is changing, therefore increasing the ultimate recovery rate. At the same time, water plugging were made for important production wells which connecting the profile controlling wells, improving the measures effect. Moreover, new low cost formula is used in profile controlling and water plugging, better improving the economic efficiency of field development.
