Screw pump production is one of the main ways of oilfield production.When the screw pump is shut down,the rod string will reverse.It will do harm to wellhead equipment and staff.The screw pump will install anti reversal devices.Therefore,a reverse simulation method of screw pump is needed to detect the anti reversal device.In order to simulate the inversion,we first need to analyze the reverse mechanism of screw pump.The causes of inversion and the composition of reverse torque are analyzed.The changing rules of torque and speed parameters include free inversion and braking inversion.It is easy to simulate the inversion of screw pump.The inversion process is calculated by using different types of screw pumps.The effect of different parameters on the reversal process is obtained.It includes the time of reversal,the magnitude of reversal torque and the law of inversion speed.According to the change rule of inversion,the inversion simulation method is proposed.A suitable power source is selected to simulate inversion,and the corresponding hydraulic system and inversion simulation device are designed.The relevant components are calculated and selected to achieve inversion loading.The device should meet the quick cut in the torque.The reverse torque range can be adjusted to meet the reverse test of different screw pumps.The simulation process is safe and reliable,and the torque can be safely unloaded when the brake fails.The simulation system is modeled and simulated by using AMESim software.According to the parameters of valves and other components,the parameters of related components are set.The simulation of the system simulation is carried out.The changing rule of torque and speed parameters in various simulation processes is obtained.The reverse hydraulic system is verified.
