This paper is based on past research results and combined with actual production practice.Dilute polymer solution is prepared with physical and chemical sewage.The indoor effect evaluation is carried out from system performance,injection capacity and EOR.The method of improving the performance of dilute polymer solution system prepared with physicochemical sewage is determined.The EOR range of the dilute polymer solution is evaluated.Through the study,the main results of the research are as follows:1.Viscosity stability of polymer solution is related to water quality.Water-water dilution system has the most stable.Water-Sewage dilution system takes second place.Sewage-sewage dilution system which is sterilized and exposured in Oxygen has the worst stable.Oxygen has a negative effect on the viscosity stability of Sewage-sewage dilution system.High concentration polymer wastewater helps to improve viscosity stability of polymer solution.2.Sterilization and aeration can stabilize the viscoelasticity of polymer system.7 million unit polymer has stronger elasticity and better stability.3.The shear resistance of polymer solutions is related to water quality.Water-water dilution system has the best shearing resistance.Sewage-sewage dilution system which is sterilized and exposured in Oxygen takes second place.Water-Sewage dilution system has the worse shearing resistance.High concentration polymer wastewater helps to improve shear resistance.Oxygen has a negative effect on the shear resistance of Sewage-sewage dilution system.4.When the residual polymer in the sewage is large,the drag coefficient and the residual resistance coefficient are large.When the concentration of salt resistant polymer is greater than 1200mg/L,there is a blockage in the 100×10-3?m2 core.5.Different water quality has different oil displacement efficiency.The oil displacement efficiency of Water-water dilution system is better than that of other water quality.Water-Sewage dilution system which is' t exposured in Oxygen has the worst oil displacement efficiency.After sterilized and exposured in Oxygen,The recovery rate of Sewage-sewage dilution system increased slightly.The high concentration of residual polymer in sewage is favorable for EOR.
