On the basis of defining the concept of organic structure in solid wood furniture,this paper studies the appearance form,connection rule,part combination mode,structure strength and relative process standard of "T" type and "L" type two kinds of components.This paper summarizes the main characteristics of the organic structure of solid wood furniture,and determines the optimal visual shape value of the arc transition radius of components combination method of the highest wood utilization of the two types.In this paper,the relative flexural strength of the structure joint strength is tested,and the corresponding component node process standard is developed by the tensile strength experiment,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the solid wood furniture products in real life,thus realizing the organic shape of solid wood furniture.By establishing the relationship between the perceptual appeal of the organic form of modern solid wood furniture and various modelling elements,the concept of organic structure is defined as the node style which can form the form of arc shape with organic morphological features at each connecting node of solid wood furniture.The aesthetic law of transition connection in the organic structure of solid wood furniture is established:The radius of the ransition are(R)is determined by the section length(a)in the component face map,when the 2a<<R<<0.25a,the wood utilization of the component decreases with the increase of the transition arc radius;The best visual styling of the "T" type component is R=a,the optimal visual styling of the "L" type component is R=1.5a;when the R>2a,the component node uses the wood quantity to increase,the component modelling surpasses the organic structure scope,when R<0.25a,the component node circular arc transition radius is too small,is visible as the ordinary right angle component.This paper analyzes the influence of the combination of parts in different components on wood utilization,which indicates that both the "T" and "L" components have the combination of middleware can improve the utilization ratio of wood,the utilization rate of "T" component is up to 88.3%,and the "L" type component is 83.2%.The results of single factor flexural test show that the joint strength of Manchurian ash organic structure split elliptical tenon is the largest,the average flexural strength is 733.7N,the joint strength of split right angle tenon is the second,the joint strength of the tenon joint is the lowest,and that of the joints is 657.6N.The average flexural strength of "T" type member is higher than "L" type member 31.8%,the "T" type component should be given priority in the design of organic structure structure.Single factor pullout test results show that:when the combination of the tenon thickness and the mortise width is 0.1mm,the tensile strength of the split elliptic Tenon is the largest,the average is 8916.5N,and when the length of the tenon and mortise is-0.6mm,the split-tenon of the component is the largest and the average is 10222.2N.The polynomial regression model equation between the ultimate pullout force(P)and the fit quantity(a)in the tenon thickness direction is as follows:P=-139.04a2+1124.8a+5707.2,the correlation coefficient is R2=0.2941.The polynomial regression model equation between the limit tensile force(P)and the matching quantity(c)of the split elliptic tenon width is expressed as:P=-264.52c2+1656.1c+6803.2,the correlation coefficient is R2=0.8542.
