MoS2 as a typical representative of transition metal sulfide,is of a great potential for the development of new two-dimensional materials due to its unique structure and characteristics.MoS2 nanomaterials have large specific surface area and high surface activity,which makes them show excellent catalytic performance in many catalytic experiments.Since MoS2 nanosheets have been found to have peroxidase-like properties,a series of MoS2 nanomaterials and MoS2 nanocomposites have been found to have excellent peroxidase-like properties.At present,there are many ways to prepare MoS2 nanomaterials,but it is still of great significance to find an economical and convenient and environmental protection method for MoS2 nanomaterials preparation.In this dissertation,MoS2 nanoparticles were prepared by liquid-phase ultrasonic method and the catalytic properties of their peroxidases were investigated.Based on MoS2 nanoparticles' peroxidase-like properties,we conducted a detection of H2O2 and glucose.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:First,MoS2 nanoparticles were prepared by liquid-phase sonication using a 45%ethanol-water mixed solution as an ultrasonic stripping solvent.The prepared MoS2 nanoparticles were characterized by TEM,XPS,XRD,AFM and Zeta potential analysis to obtain the MoS2 nanoparticles with average particle size of 3.7 nm and thickness of 2-4 nm.Then,using a custom-made spectral measurement system,four sets of control experiments were designed to prove that the prepared MoS2 nanoparticles have excellent peroxidase-like properties and the mechanism is discussed.Then,four parameters including concentration of MoS2 nanoparticles,temperature,pH and reaction time were analyzed to optimize the catalytic conditions.The enzymatic reaction kinetics was used to further study the peroxidase-like properties of MoS2 nanoparticles.It was found that the catalytic mechanism of MoS2 nanoparticles is ping-pong mechanism.Finally,we detected the H2O2 and glucose using the peroxidase-like characteristics of MoS2 nanoparticles under the optimal catalytic conditions.The calibration equation was obtained by detecting H2O2 and glucose with known concentrations.The detection limits of H2O2 and glucose were 1.25 ?M and 7 ?M,respectively.Then a series of interference control experiments was conducted to exclude possible interfering substances on H2O2 and glucose test results.Finally,the content of glucose in human plasma samples was compared with the colorimetric method based on MoS2 nanoparticles and the electronic blood glucose meter.The results showed that the colorimetric sensing method based on MoS2 nanoparticles was suitable for blood glucose detection.
