| In this study,copper sulphate pentahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate were used as metal sources,with different types of chelating agents to synthesize chelated copper and chelated ferrous ferromanganese by the method of water system synthesis,finally,determined the most suitable process conditions.Based on the study of reagents glutamic acid,using industrial-grade compound amino acids and lignin to prepare chelated copper and chelated ferrous fertilizers,and at the same time,using infrared spectroscopy,XRD ray diffraction,and dithizone reagent to analysis its structure.The experimental results are as follows:(1)The optimum synthesize conditions of copper glutamate is as follows:reaction time 50 min,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction pH=6 and reactant mole ratio n(L-Glu):n(CuSO4 5H2O)=2:1,chelation rate reached 94.28%;The optimum synthesize conditions of 80%copper complex amino acid is as follows:reaction time40 min,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction pH=6,reaction mass ratio m(CuSO4 5H2O):m(Compound amino acids)=1:1.6,and chelation rate reached80%;The optimum synthesize conditions of copper lignosulfonate is:reaction time60 min,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction pH=11,reaction mass ratio CuSO4 5H2O:Sodium lignin sulfonate=1:3,and chelation rate exceeded 95%;(2)The optimum synthesize conditions of ferrous glutamate is as follows:reaction time 30 min,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction pH=3,reactant mole ratio n(L-Glu):n(FeSO4 7H2O)=2:1;The optimum synthesize conditions of 80%compound amino acid ferrous iron is:reaction time 30 min,reaction temperature60℃,reaction pH=2,reaction mass ratio m(FeSO4 7H2O):m(Compound amino acids)=1:1.6,and chelation rate reached 80%;The optimal synthesize conditions of lignin sulfonated ferrous sulfate is:reaction time 50 min,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction pH=4,reaction mass ratio m(FeSO4 7H2O):m(Sodium lignin sulfonate)=1:2,chelation rate exceeded 75%.The experimental results show that comparing the two different synthesize method for the trace element chelated micronutrients,which using industrial waste and reagent-grade as chelators to prepare chelated micronutrients,the first need more raw materials,but the actual cost is much lower than the latter. |
