| This paper introduces the law of crop’s demand for nutrients and the liquidfertilizer present development situation, put forward to join the chelated elementsinto the fertilizer because of the trace elements such as calcium, iron and copper areacting with phosphorus and making deposition easily. Research of the chelatingreaction between glycine and calcium, iron, copper. Composition and structure of thecomplex were characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction. At last, confect a liquid fertilizerproducts with those chelated complex.The experimental results show that:Glycine and ferrous chloride chelated by solid phase reaction, the suitable preparationconditions is: n(gly): n(FeCl2)=1.5:1, the dosage of antioxidants hydroxylammoniumchloride dosage is0.4mol/molFeCl2, reaction time is30minutes. Chelated rate can reachnearly90%.The reaction rate of glycine and calcium chloride is higher, usually above95%. thesuitable preparation conditions is: n(gly): n(CaCl2)=1.5:1, the amount of water is1L/molCaCl2,do not adjust the reaction of pH,reaction time is1.5h.The suitable conditions between glycine and copper sulfate is: pH is5, reactiontemperature is50C, reaction time is2h, n(gly): n (CuSO4)=1.5:1.Preparation of chelating product liquid fertilizer of trace element iron and coppercontent was121.42g/L, exceed the specified in the standards of100g/L; water insolublematter content was0.012g/L, far less than the standard50g/L, consistent with water solubletrace element fertilizer national standard NY1428-2010. |
