With the continuous improvement of industrial development,metal nanoparticles and their composites show extremely important application value.In order to improve the working efficiency of the preparation of metal ultrafine powder by electric explosion method,in this paper,the working process of preparing metal ultrafine powder by electric explosion method is analyzed,found that the main factor that affects the processing efficiency is: Straightening wire arrived blasting chamber after the linear accuracy is not enough,lead to processing interruption,in order to make the wire to be processed to meet the linear accuracy after reaching the explosive chamber,need to wire straightening technology in-depth study.Through the analysis of material mechanics theory and elastic plastic application theory,the straightening process of wire and straightening equipment in the process of making elastic and plastic bending of the basic assumptions,the relationship between the elastic-plastic bending deformation and the parameters of curvature,moment and deflection during the straightening process was analyzed.Combined with the principle of roller straightening and straightening conditions of wire,the parallel roller straightening theory is summarized,the key parameters of the parallel roller straightening device for the continuous straightening of the wire were determined.Through ABAQUS finite element simulation software,combined with the characteristics of wire straightening process,finished the finite element simulation of wire straightening process,by analyzing the residual stress after wire straightening,plastic deformation,straightening force and straightness after straightening and other parameters,verifying the structure parameters of the straightening device,the process parameters and the rationality of straightening scheme design.In order to further study the reasonable setting of straightening related process parameters and improve the theory of ultrafine wire straightening.In order to further verify that the straightening device can provide a reliable continuous feeding scheme for the preparation of nano-powders by electrical explosion method,based on the working principle of nano-powder prepared by electric explosion method,design and construct a simulation experiment platform including wire pulling,wire straightening,wire cutting and other modules,and completed with a man-machine interface and PLC programmable control system design.The experimental results verify the accuracy and rationality of this system design.The research results provide reference value for the straightening work of the fine metal wire,and to provide a reasonable straightening program and experimental platform for the work of preparing metal nano-powder by electric explosion method,meet the precision wire continuous straightening requirements,improve the working efficiency of the preparation of metal nanopowder by electric explosion method. |
