In recent years,with the development of metal processing technology,plate processing has gradually advanced towards high strength and high quality.At present,high-strength steel is widely used in various industries,which also prompts the quality requirements of high-strength plate processing to be more stringent.It has become an urgent problem to make high-strength plate achieve better flatness by straightening technology.The roller straightener as an important process in the plate processing,which can make the plate with initial defects reach the qualified flatness by straightening,at the same time,the residual stress can be effectively reduced.Finally,which makes the straightened plates reach the expected straightening effect.In this paper,the analytical method is used to analyze the straightening process of the plate.It also combines with finite element simulation method to establish the finite element model of sevevteen-roller straightener.And the strength of plates are Q460 and Q690.The mainly research contents are as follows:Based on the elastic-plastic theory,the working principle of plate roller straightener is analyzed.In the straightening process,the upper roller of the straightener is adjusted by the whole tilt,and the virtual fulcrum method is used to analyze the rules of the upper roller during straightening,to study the calculation formula of the pressing in sevevteen-roller straightener,and compared with the common eleven-roller straightener formula,to verify the reliability of the formula in this paper.A finite element straightening model was established by ABAQUS software with initial defects of longitudinal bending and wave bending,to analyze the rules of stress and strain during the straightening process and the residual stress and flatness after straightening.The reduction obtained from finite element simulation is summarized.By establishing finite element straightening models of the plates with different widths,The straightening process and straightening results of different models are compared,to study the effect of plate width change in the plate straightening.The research and conclusions obtained in this paper have certain guiding significance for the research of sevevteen-roller plate roller straightener,and provide corresponding theoretical support for the engineering application of the straightener.
