According to the project of Hunan Province,the geographical indication product ShaoYang oil-tea camellia oil was included in the protection of geographical indication protection project.In 2016,the "geographical indication product ShaoYang oil-tea camellia" was included in the Hunan provincial food safety standard plan.The quality and standard of Shaoyang tea oil been studied in this paper.(1)During the standard setting process,the saponification value,iodine value,vitamin E,squalene,sitosterol,refractive index,unsaponification,saturated acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid were determined in 70 batches of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia.Test results showed the refractive index range of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia was 1.460?1.470.The range of iodine value was lower than national standard,which was 82?87g/100g.The saponification value of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia was determined as 174?190mg/g after the determination of saponification value and discussed.After test,the characteristics of fatty acid in ShaoYang oil-tea camellia are determined as follows:the content of saturated acid is 8%?12%,the content of oleic acid is 75%?85%,and the range of linoleic acid is 6%?10%.Through the determination of vitamin E in ShaoYang oil-tea camellia,it was found that the average vitamin E content of tea oil processed by self-pressing was 114.40 mg/kg,and the refined oil refining 73.80mg/kg.After testing the ShaoYang oil-tea camellia squalene,he average content of squalene in ShaoYang oil-tea camellia which after self-pressed was 54.13 mg/kg,enterprise product oil squalene contentand was lower,which was the average 14.29mg/kg.Shaoyang tea from tea juice processing p-sitosterol detection result is more concentrated in the 300?350mg/kg,the average value was 328.12,the average content of enterprise product oil p-sitosterol was 252.86mg/kg,according to the detection results of various physical and chemical indicators,determine the specific values of Shaoyang characteristic index of Camellia oil.(2)The acid value and peroxide value of 70 batches of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia been tested,the detection range of acid value was 0.15?1.79mg/g,and the standard acid value of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia was less than or equal to 2.0mg/g.After testing,found that the peroxide value of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia was between 4.15?6.73mmol/kg and the standard peroxide value index of ShaoYang oil-tea camellia was set as less than or equal to 7.0mmol/kg.(3)Formulated a draft for food safety local standards for "Geographical Products ShaoYang oil-tea camellia".In the process of establishing the standards,through the inquiry,collection and study of the relevant standards in China,experts and some enterprises been listened to,the standard index items been confirmed by visiting enterprises,data accumulation,data comparison,etc,and through convening the local standards seminars,distribute drafts such as written comments,in order to solicit opinions of relevant scientific research personnel,inspection units,regulatory agencies,production and processing companies,after several revisions,supplements and refinements,a draft of the standard been submitted for review,the standard is currently in the stage of promulgation.
